This district represents a densely populated, cosmopolitan territory in full transformation, housing a priority district of the city Didot Porte de Vanves, where 3,700 inhabitants live. This neighborhood is distinguished by a higher unemployment rate, low-income households and the presence of single-parent families.
France Services, the local public service
This system allows users to benefit from adapted help from a reception agent, for example to carry out online procedures, advisory services or digital support and all daily formalities.
France Services brings together its 11 partners to constitute this one-stop shop: the Ministry of the Interior (ANTS), the Ministry of Justice, France Travail, DDFiP, CAF, CPAM, Carsat, MSAAgricultural social mutuality and the Post Office, MaPrimeRenov, MaPrimeAdapt’.
Concretely, this service allows, for example, users to declare their income, carry out an RSA procedureActive solidarity incomeapply for social housing, apply for a vital card, complete your retirement file, make a pre-application for a national identity card, register as a job seeker or even request legal aid.
The situation in the Ile-de-France region of France services
The Ile-de-France region currently has 174 structures labeled France services and is in fourth position. 12 facilities will be certified in Paris by the end of 2024. The State operating subsidy amounts to €35,000 annually, representing support of €385,000 for Paris for 2024.
This structure was inaugurated by Marc Zarrouati, sub-prefect, deputy chief of staff of the prefect of the Île-de-France region, prefect of Paris with Karine Petit, mayor of the 14th arrondissement, Florence Pavageau, regional delegate of the Group Post and partners.
“This new inaugurated structure is the fruit of a partnership approach, the realization of a common commitment, carried by all, in order to support our fellow citizens as close as possible to the territory”, greets Marc Zarrouati, sub-prefect, deputy director of office of the prefect of the Île-de-France region, prefect of Paris.
