Draft decree approving the deliberation of the CRPMEM of Brittany establishing the specific conditions of access for trap fishing for cuttlefish in the territorial waters off Ille-et-Vilaine
The modifications, as part of the draft deliberation of the regional committee for maritime fisheries and marine farming (CRPMEM) approved by this draft decree, are made to deliberation n°2024-030 “CASIERS A COUPLE SAINT MALO” of 02 May 2024.
The context, objectives and proposed modification of the draft deliberation approved by this draft decree are explained in the attached presentation note.
The draft decree is available for consultation from October 3, 2024 to October 23, 2024 inclusive.
It is also available on paper by making an appointment at 02.90.02.69.50 (9 a.m.-12 p.m./2 p.m.-4:30 p.m.).
