Draft decree approving the deliberation of the CRPMEM of Brittany fiestablishing the specific conditions of access for diving fishing in the territorial waters located off the coast of Morbihan
This draft deliberation of the regional committee for maritime fisheries and marine farming (CRPMEM) approved by this draft order aims to set the quota of licenses and the terms of diving exploitation in the territorial waters located off the coast of the Morbihan department. It also determines the organization of the fishing campaign (zones, fishing calendars and times) and the resource management measures (quotas, technical measures).
This project consists of establishing fishery management measures and specific conditions of access to the license aimed at supervising the diving fishing experiment in the maritime waters located off the coast of the Morbihan department.

The draft decree is available for consultation from October 3, 2024 to October 23, 2024 inclusive.
It is also available on paper by making an appointment at 02.90.02.69.50 (9 a.m.-12 p.m./2 p.m.-4:30 p.m.).
