The prefecture of Essonne and the sub-prefectures of Étampes and Palaiseau have been engaged for several years in a process of improving the quality of the service provided, particularly in its relationship with users.
As part of this approach, a satisfaction survey will be conducted from Thursday October 10, 2024 to Thursday October 31, 2024 inclusive on the three sites.
This survey aims to evaluate the satisfaction of our users, as well as their needs in order to implement corrective actions to better adapt to their expectations.
