Job Description
As a Game Artist, you will be responsible for:
- Participate in the creation of the graphic universes of the projects on which you will work
- Create assets (characters, settings, animations, etc.) and integrate them into Unity
- Work in collaboration with developers to obtain the best final result
- Stay on the lookout for new artistic trends in the mobile market and appropriate the main codes
- Propose concept arts/visuals that could become game concepts!
In a context where each member of the team has a real impact on the final result, you will work on a multitude of different projects in varied universes, and will have the satisfaction of seeing your games appreciated by millions of players!
Profile sought
- Graduated from an art or video game school
- At least 2 years of experience as a Mobile Game Artist (or freelance/personal/student projects, finalized and successful)
- Very good knowledge of Unity
- Good level in illustration and animation
- Knowledge of UI
- Good level of English (oral and written)
- Are a plus: knowledge in 3D (modeling, texturing, rigging, animation)
We are looking for a generalist Game Artist capable of working – and progressing – on all aspects of graphic production, ideally with one or two identified strong points.
Personal qualities appreciated:
- Obsession with the final result (quality AND deadlines)
- Curiosity, proactivity and natural monitoring of what is being done elsewhere
- Sociable and positive attitude on a daily basis
A good personal knowledge of the sport is a plus but failing that, having the desire (and ability) to grasp the main visual codes is a minimum.
Additional information
- Position based in Paris (where our current offices are located) or in Lyon (offices currently opening!)
- Teleworking is possible (depending on the cases)
