AAt the start of its work, the Council will examine a bill relating to the organization of the profession of judicial officer.
Subsequently, it will examine three draft decrees, the first of which modifies the decree regulating the uniform of personnel of the customs and indirect taxes administration (ADII), distinctive badges and their characteristics.
The second bill concerns the renewal of the license for establishment and operation of the second public cellular telephone network of GSM standard attributed to the company “Medi Telecom SA”, while the third project concerns the renewal of the license awarded to “Wana Corporate” for the establishment and operation of a third public telecommunications network using second generation cellular technologies.
The Council will continue its work by examining an agreement on the mutual recognition of driving licenses for the purposes of conversion, signed on March 27, 2024 in Rome between the governments of the Kingdom of Morocco and the Republic of Italy, and of bill approving the said agreement.
It will complete its work by examining proposals for appointment to higher functions, in accordance with article 92 of the Constitution, the press release specifies.
The government will hold, at the end of the council’s work, a meeting dedicated to the examination of certain legislative proposals, according to the same source.
