This Friday, after three months on the run, a 34-year-old man indicted in Versailles for organized gang theft, and imprisoned. He is suspected of having participated in a series of vehicle thefts and burglaries of bakeries, particularly in Yvelines and Seine-Saint-Denis.
In total, 21 car-ramming burglaries were allegedly committed against bakeries or other shops. Law enforcement also recorded 28 vehicle thefts. Two accomplices were already arrested in June. The main suspect, known for similar acts, was arrested outside the Pontoise court and placed in police custody in Viroflay.
