During the night from Sunday to Monday, the Louis Vuitton boutique (Editor’s noteproperty of LVMH, shareholder of Le Parisien) located 170, boulevard Saint-Germain, in the 6th arrondissement of Paris, was burglarized. According to a police source, more than 100 items were stolen.
CCTV cameras show four individuals enter the store and commit their misdeed in a very short time before fleeing with their precious loot. They have not yet been found by law enforcement.
Contacted by the first person to arrive on the scene – who saw or heard nothing according to a source close to the case – the police went to the scene. She noticed that the front door of the store had been unhinged, the window completely broken and a tire mark was on the ground with headlight debris.

The entire store was allegedly visited by the four criminals who, according to images captured by video surveillance, acted between 4:29 a.m. and 4:33 a.m. The police arrived on site shortly before 8 a.m. An employee of the Au Manoir hotel, located just opposite the Louis Vuitton boutique, reportedly assured that the door of the establishment was still intact at 4 a.m., corroborating the video surveillance images. The amount of the damage remains unknown at this time.
