This futuristic and humorous burlesque show is presented as a work of art. The costumes are meticulously designed, the choreography breathtaking, and each performance is a tribute to the Star Wars universe.

The Empire Strips Back, a quality show

You will no doubt be amazed by the quality and care given to every detail, paying homage to your favorite characters in a bold and creative way. The scenes include memorable scenes such as a wild dance on the planet Hoth, a robotic striptease by C-3PO, a hilarious performance by Emperor Palpatine and a dangerously seductive Boba Fett. In addition, even those less familiar with this universe will be able to appreciate the show, because nothing is left to chance and the quality is there.

The soundtrack is also very varied, ranging from Guns’N Roses to Nicki Minaj, including Michael Jackson, Miley Cyrus and the Backstreet Boys. Surprisingly, the choice of songs fits perfectly into the different scenes, adding an extra dimension to the performance.

A global success

Since 2011, The Empire Strips Back brings a sensual touch to the flagship characters of the franchise. At first glance, one might be skeptical about a burlesque adaptation of the saga. However, The Empire Strips Back has largely proven itself. In fact, the show sold more than 400,000 tickets across the largest cities. Whether it’s Sydney, London, or New York, the show draws enthusiastic crowds and receives rave reviews.

This show is directed by Russall S. Beattie, an Australian creator passionate about the Star Wars universe and burlesque. A successful bet, because he was able to create a performance that combines humor, seduction, daring and homage to the cult saga. In addition, the show features a troupe of talented dancers, offering both solo and collective numbers.

Prices and reservations

The show lasts approximately 1 hour 45 minutes, including a 15 minute intermission. In addition, a presenter leads the periods between the different tables in order to interact with the public. Furthermore, the exact dates and location have not yet been revealed. The show was initially supposed to be held in the Jean-Paul-Tardif room, but cohabitation with young people from Saint-Charles-Garnier college proved inappropriate. Additionally, it is possible to join the online waiting list to attend the show. Tickets start at 44 CAD. Note that this show is reserved for an adult and informed public! Don’t miss this opportunity to discover a cabaret that has already won over thousands of spectators around the world.
