For an anti-fascist Brittany
Faced with the ravages of neoliberalism and the fascist peril, a call to “build Brittany together”, united and internationalist, is coming from numerous Breton organizations. “We cannot be satisfied that the 37 Breton constituencies have not sent any far-right deputies to the National Assembly,” declare the signatories, “we are calling for demonstrations in Nantes alongside several dozen other organizations of the Breton political and cultural movement, and more broadly of the social movement, for the defense of an autonomous Brittany, reunified and emancipated from the supervision of Paris.

Against agro-industry, sand quarries and concreters
The town of Saint-Colomban, located south of Nantes, is under double pressure: concreters and agro-industrialists. Land is being grabbed to extract sand, and industrial market gardeners are setting up gigantic plastic greenhouses.
Thanks to local struggles, the cement manufacturer Lafarge, which operates a sand quarry, abandoned an expansion project. But we must remain vigilant, because appeals are being studied: two against greenhouse projects and two in connection with the sand pit extension project of another concreter: GSM Granulat. A public inquiry to validate this project has just opened.
