There traditional autumn festival returns this year to Terra Botanicathe park located in Angers (Maine-et-Loire) dedicated to plants and biodiversity. The festivities will take place on weekends of October 5-6 and 12-13then from October 19 to November 3.
On the theme of Carnival
For this 9e edition, placed under Carnival themethe park promises a colorful immersion, between plants and a festive atmosphere.
For the occasion, dozens of activities, shows and attractions will be revisitedfeaturing six carnival decorations, made by a craftsman from Cholet, measuring almost 3 meters high and decorated with phantasmagorical creatures.
Originally formed as 3D design and animation graphic designerGaétan Langlois has always been immersed in the world of creation. As a child, he watched his grandfather draw and sculpt tanks for Cholet carnivala family tradition that goes back three generations.
This is how his love for drawing and structure was born, and he gradually found his way into creating sets.
Since 2015, Gaétan Langlois specializes in custom decorations for events, for festivals, shows and private events. What he likes most about his job is the challenge of creating works he has never designed before: “What interests me is the project that will teach me things and make me progress.”
Night stroll with Terra Nocta
Every evening and for the third year, the night stroll Terra Nocta will close a day full of emotions. This event is also an opportunity for visitors to admire the spectacle of autumn colors as well as the thousands of cucurbits and chrysanthemums that decorate the park’s paths.
For the first year, a Plant fair will take place on October 12 and 13 at the Park Business Center with round prices for all budgets.
