Saturday September 21 took place in Louvigné-du-Désert (Ille-et-Vilaine) the 4th edition of the Automnales: activities for all audiences, young and old.

This day was organized by the association of traders and craftsmen of the country of Louvigne-du-Désertchaired by Guy Mézière and his team.

Throughout the day, activities were proposed to animate the commune. First of all, the elected officials, the mayors of the participating communes, in the presence of the departmental councilor Louis Pautrel and the deputy Thierry Benoît, met for the opening of the autumn fair.

Accompanied by Jean-Pierre Oger, mayor, and Guy Mézière, president of the organization, the elected officials crisscrossed the streets of the town to visit and talk with the various exhibitors.

At the same time, around thirty bikersincluding two female pilots, Elodie Villier, originally from Mellé who has been riding motorcycles for 5 years, and her colleague Sabrina, set off on a 218-kilometre day trip. The latter went to Swiss has Clecywhere a break was made.

In the evening on Bochin Square, the concert began with the group Cannon fodder who arrived from and in business for about ten years. Then, in the second part,Harmony Saint-Martin came to play their 45-minute performance. The band will celebrate its 100th anniversary next year in 2025.

To close these concerts, the group B-Mac has gone into action. President Guy Mézière says he is “happy with this day, we had a flow of visitors throughout the day.” But he acknowledges that “it is quite complicated to get visitors to come, even when the activities and shows are free.”
