Two new appointments within the governance of Allianz Maroc

CThis appointment is part of the strategy to strengthen the Company’s governance structure, aimed at providing external know-how and diversified and recognized expertise in key sectors.

“We are delighted to welcome Malika Youssoufine and Mohammed Amine Benhalima to our Board of Directors. Their exceptional backgrounds and varied expertise will strengthen the Company’s ability to meet the challenges of the sector, while ensuring solid governance,” said Abderrahim Dbich, Managing Director of Allianz Maroc, on this occasion.

With over 30 years of experience in industry and services, Malika Youssoufine has held several management positions in multinationals in various sectors, including as General Manager of AXA Assistance Maroc. Her expertise covers cultural and organizational transformation, optimization of HR processes and managerial practices, CSR, as well as high-stakes project management.

In addition, she actively participates in the promotion of Corporate Social Responsibility within the CGEM, as a member of the CSR label award committee, of which she was Vice-President from 2018 to June 2023.

A member of the Club des Femmes Administratrices (CFA), Youssoufine is also committed to issues related to parity and diversity.

For his part, Mohammed Amine Benhalima develops a consulting activity, and sits as an independent director in listed and unlisted companies on the Casablanca Stock Exchange.
