To reverse this trend, strategic actions are needed, particularly in education and research. Analyzing the data provided by The Global AI Index 2024, it is important that Morocco must review its educational programs to train the next generation of AI talents. Particular attention should be paid to technological disciplines from the secondary level and to the establishment of partnerships between universities and companies.
Support for research projects, through grants and tax incentives, will be essential to stimulate innovation.
