Former farmers visit Côtes-d’Armor | Agriculture Massif central

Last week, thirty-six members of the Departmental section of former operators of the FDSEA 23 had the opportunity to discover the wonders of Côtes-d’Armor, in . This stay offered an immersion rich in natural, cultural and historical discoveries, while enjoying the local flavors.

Between history, nature and gastronomy

The stay began with a visit to Cap Fréhel, a spectacular site marked by its pink sandstone cliffs rising 100 metres above the sea, before entering Fort La Latte, a medieval fortress made of pink sandstone, offering a real journey through time and an insight into the rich Breton heritage.
The next day, the group discovered the fortified town of Saint-Malo, before tasting oysters in Cancale with a breathtaking view of the bay of Mont Saint-Michel.
The third day was marked by enriching discussions with the section of former farmers of Côtes-d’Armor, allowing former farmers to share their experiences.
The trip continued with an excursion to the island of Bréhat, known for its unspoiled nature, and a guided tour of Paimpol, famous for its maritime past. The group then visited the Cité des Télécoms and admired the spectacular pink granite coast.
Finally, participants explored the medieval city of Dinan, where they were able to admire the city’s preserved heritage, thus concluding a trip filled with discoveries and memorable memories.
This trip to Côte d’Armor, which was a real success, will remain etched in our memories, both for the beauty of the sites visited and for the moments of conviviality shared between the members of the Section of Former Agricultural Operators.
