The “Neo” car, manufactured at the Ain Aouda plant (Rabat-Salé-Kenitra region), is the fruit of the excellence and innovation that exist today in Morocco, underlined Nassim Belkhayat, founder, Chairman and CEO of Neo Motors.
“It is the fruit of the excellence and innovation that exist today in Morocco, thanks to the enlightened vision of HM the King and to the ecosystem now available to the Kingdom, with more than 250 companies, institutes training and research,” Mr. Belkhayat said in a statement to the press on the occasion of the presentation to HM the King of the model of the car of the first Moroccan manufacturer and the prototype of a hydrogen vehicle developed by a Moroccan.

“It’s a Moroccan car with a PSA engine, made in Morocco, and 60 pc of the vehicle’s parts are made in the Kingdom,” he added.
This car will offer Moroccans all the advantages of the most reliable and secure vehicles, said Mr. Belkhayat, noting that it is the result of the work of a motivated team that has set itself the goal of dreaming big.
This project, which gives birth to the first Moroccan automobile brand for the general public, is supported by national skills. It relies mainly on the ecosystem of local automotive suppliers developed by the Kingdom.
