The company Pattyn France, located in the Glèbe economic activity zone, specializes in the manufacturing of packaging lines dedicated to the agri-food sector. Since its move to the Glèbe area, the company has continued to develop and diversify to reach a turnover of 36.5 million in 2023 with a workforce of 133 employees on permanent contracts.
In order to support its growth and continue to diversify its activity, the company is carrying out a project to extend its industrial premises, via the creation of 3,910 m² of workshops and 471 m² of additional social premises. This project will allow the company to increase its production capacity, increase its storage capacity, and create an additional workshop.
This development project, with a forecast amount of 3.1 million excluding tax for the building component, will enable the hiring of 31 additional employees, 19 of whom have already been recruited. “It is in this context that Ouest Aveyron Communauté wished to support the company's real estate investment by granting it an investment subsidy in the amount of €65,000,” indicates the intercommunality.
