The project concerns the acquisition of tangible assets of THE Great semolina factories of Morocconotably a semolina factory located in Casablanca. With a production capacity of 240 tonnes of durum wheat per day, this key infrastructure will enable From Couspate to strengthen its vertical integration.
This operation aims to secure supplies of raw materials, while generating operational synergies to face the challenges of a constantly evolving market. DARI also aims, through this investment, to strengthen its commitment to the development and promotion of excellence in « made in Morocco » in the agri-food sector.
The completion of this acquisition, however, remains conditional on several essential stages, in particular the due diligence in progress and obtaining the necessary regulatory authorizations. The two parties have set themselves the objective of finalizing the operation no later than March 26, 2025.
