However, interviewed when she was supposed to have calmed down, she replied that she did not care when the police told her that insults were punishable by law. “I don’t remember everything”

On March 31, it was this young Brainoise who presented herself at the police station, once again very nervous as she came to complain about something she had suffered. Attempts to calm her down only made the situation worse: the insults flew again, and she was arrested. Searched before being put in a cell, she tried to hit a police officer again.

“What happened is scandalous”

“So much the better if Madam has put things in place but the police are not punching bags, they are not there to be hit and insulted!had requested the substitute at the hearing. Defending herself without a lawyer, the Brainoise was reluctant, at the hearing, to accept the work sentence suggested by the public prosecutor given her young age and her lack of criminal record.

The judgment handed down on Monday effectively imposes a work sentence of 70 hours, which the young defendant will have to complete within the year to escape a prison sentence.
