The lifeguards of the aquatic complex of La Roche-sur-Yon offer during the winter school holidays introductory and advanced swimming courses for children from 6 to 12 years old.

Aquatic ease courses for 4-5 year olds are also organized. For children who do not yet know how to swim, it is a question of acquiring a minimum of autonomy in an aquatic environment, in order to facilitate the first learning of the fundamentals of swimming.

Aquatic ease courses

The child must be 4 years old at the time of the course.

– From Monday February 17 to Friday February 21 from 9:10 a.m. to 9:50 a.m.

Beginner level courses

– From Monday February 10 to Friday February 14 from 10 a.m. to 10:40 a.m.

– From Monday February 17 to Friday February 21 from 10 a.m. to 10:40 a.m.

Intermediate level courses

– From Monday February 10 to Friday February 14 from 11:40 a.m. to 12:20 p.m.

– From Monday February 17 to Friday February 21 from 11:40 a.m. to 12:20 p.m.

Each session includes a formula of five lessons (each lasting 40 minutes).

The price is €35 per course for residents of the Yonnais metropolitan area, €45 for residents outside the urban area.
