Moroccan households display a positive perception of the quality of administrative services in 2024, according to a survey carried out by the High Commission for Planning (HCP).
“In 2024, 55.8% of households perceive an improvement in the quality of administrative services compared to 17.4% who perceive its deterioration”, specifies the HCP in its latest information note detailing the results of the permanent economic survey among households, noting that the balance which summarizes this opinion improved between 2023 and 2024, going from 36.3 points to 38.4 points.
Furthermore, 47.7% compared to 18.9% of households perceive that the quality of the situation in terms of environmental protection has improved in 2024. The balance relating to this indicator thus records 28.8 points instead by 32.8 points in 2023.
As for the human rights situation, 35.8% of households compared to 19.6% think that the human rights situation has improved. The balance relating to this indicator thus rose to 16.2 points in 2024, instead of 19.7 points in 2023.
Concerning the quality of education services, 57.9% compared to 18.1% of households felt a deterioration. These proportions were 45% and 28.1% respectively in 2023. The balance relating to this indicator thus went from minus 16.9 points in 2023 to minus 39.8 points in 2024, indicating a significant deterioration.
In terms of quality of health services, 61.2% of households perceive a deterioration in 2024, compared to 12.4% who perceive an improvement. The balance relating to this indicator thus rose to minus 48.8 points, compared to minus 44 points in 2023.
