You sent me, by letter cited in reference, the reports of the Technical Committee responsible for assessing the situation of land management in different subdivisions in Dakar and in certain localities in the interior of the country.
I congratulate the Committee for the quality of the work accomplished.
After receipt of the reports received concern the subdivisions of Hangar des Pelerins, BOA, Recasement 2, EOGEN and EOGEN-Extension, Pointe Sarene, Ndiébène-Gandiole, the PUDs of Guédiawaye, Yeumbeul-Malika-Tivaouane Peulh, Mbour IV and Nouvelle-Ville of Thiès, the technical committee on land management makes its first observations.
“I agree to the implementation of the recommendations formulated for the purpose of taking corrective measures for each subdivision or development.
Concerning the EOGEN and EOGEN-Extension subdivisions, located in a military zone, I instruct you to make arrangements for their cancellation. You will study the possibility of relocating the project for the Ouakam municipal stadium to part of the said subdivisions,” reads the note addressed to the Ministry of Finance.
Likewise, the committee explains that all allocations made on the part between the ocean and the VDN of the PUDs of Guédiawaye and Yeumbeul-Malika-Tivaouane Peulh must be canceled, the public facilities re-established in the developments.
