The Attorney General at the Court of Cassation warns of the situation in Yvelines and more generally throughout the territory. In Yvelines last week a sexual predator was released by the courts. He regained his freedom after appealing his conviction to the court, by the Versailles investigating chamber. The man is accused of raping his 13-year-old niece for more than 3 months in 2020.
