Following a call from a resident of rue Leclercqz in Celles, emergency services were dispatched to the site this Sunday, January 12 due to smoke emitting from a home. When they arrived, the occupant of the premises had already died. The victim is a woman born in 1938. She lived alone and had to go to the polls with a loved one. Death was probably due to smoke inhalation. The road between Molenbaix and Celles was temporarily closed to traffic.
