A Senegalese man was stabbed to death in Morocco by his roommate, also Senegalese.

According to reports, the victim, named Ibou Socé, lost his life during an altercation which escalated into a fight with his friend.

This tragedy caused great emotion, both among those close to the victim and in the Senegalese diaspora.
