A woman who travels on a four-wheeler and who allegedly committed the theft of nearly $1,000 in Saint-Georges de Beauce is currently wanted by the authorities.
This unusual theft occurred in a business in the municipality on December 30. The suspect aged between 55 and 70 years old allegedly stole a wallet which had been accidentally left at the checkout counter.
“The victim was able to recover his wallet, but it was empty. Nearly $1,000 in money was stolen from him,” mentions the Sûreté du Québec (SQ) in a press release.
The woman aged between 55 and 70 years old is said to be driving a white four-wheeler.

The police are seeking to identify the woman with short hair who was wearing a dark coat and blue jeans at the time of the theft.
According to the authorities, she travels using a white four-wheeler.
