Kaffrine, January 6 (APS) – The governor of the Kaffrine region (center), Moustapha Diaw, assured, Monday, that “all arrangements will be made” for a good organization of the annual ziara of Ngodiba, a planned religious event SATURDAY.
”All arrangements will be made for the successful organization of this event. To achieve this, we had already anticipated with the holding of a meeting of the Departmental Development Committee (CDD) and today, a Regional Development Committee (CRD) to be able to take all the necessary measures. he notably said.
He was speaking at the end of a meeting devoted to the preparations for this religious event, in the presence of the caliph of the Bâ family of Ngodiba, Cheikh Ibrahima Bâ, members of the organizing committee and various decentralized technical services of the ‘State.
Concerns related to security issues, water and electricity supply, health, among others, were expressed by the various members of the Ziara organizing committee.
The Caliph of Ngodiba warmly thanked the Head of State and his Prime Minister, as well as the entire territorial administration of the Kaffrine region, through the regional governor and the heads of decentralized technical services.
The religious guide expressed prayers for a Senegal of peace, harmony and prosperity.
