To complete its brigade, La Dame de Pic* is looking for a Demi Chef de rang (M/F). Come join a dynamic and passionate team! Your main missions are as follows: Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you support the line managers in their missions and replace the clerks when necessary. This position is characterized by the versatility it requires. Passionate about your job, you contribute to the preparation and smooth running of room service. You guarantee the welcome of the customer and the monitoring of the tables under your responsibility (Assistance to the head waiter in the dish service). In this context, you work in close collaboration with the restaurant kitchen (being the communication relay between the room and the kitchen during service). You are the first ambassador of Anne-Sophie Pic's culinary technique and wish to join a growing group. Opportunities for advancement in France and abroad. You may be required to clean the room, offices and equipment used as well as participate in simple training tasks.
