The Senegalese Basketball Federation (FSB) organized last Saturday the long-awaited draw of teams for the national division 1 basketball championship, encompassing both the men’s and women’s competitions. This significant event fixed the composition of the different groups for the competing teams.
Among the men, the title of champion of Senegal is currently held by ASC Ville de Dakar, which was placed in pool A. For its part, the vice-champion Dakar Université Club (DUC) will compete in pool B, already promising intensive matches from the start of the tournament.
For the ladies, ASC Ville de Dakar, also crowned reigning champion, will play in pool A. Dakar Université Club, its runner-up, will compete in the matches in pool B, thus giving rise to a championship that is coming competitive and exciting.
