If she does not obtain a meeting with François Bayrou, the Rural Coordination threatens to come to Paris, Sunday January 5, “We are not talking about blocking Paris but about moving towards Paris”nuance Monday on franceinfo Patrick Legras, spokesperson for the second agricultural union in France marked on the right. He assures that he “hope that the agricultural crisis that we have been dragging on for a year will find an end at the start of the year”. “We are promised lots of things but nothing comes to fruition”he laments.
“What we want to ask the Prime Minister and the Minister of Agriculture is to have the courage to sign important commitments for farmers and which cost the State nothing”. “We will strengthen actions if necessaryhe assures. If the President of the Republic with his Prime Minister and his Minister of Agriculture are courageous, they only have to sign commitments which cost nothing, only a return to less ideology”continues the spokesperson.
Patrick Legras recalls that his union does not want “French laws that are harder to follow than European laws” : “We want the same laws as all the other Europeans”. He explains that he wants better control of products which do not respect French and European rules and therefore speaks of “refocusing on eating clean rather than eating anything”.
