Tuesday February 18, 2025has Derval (Loire-Atlantique) Artis company will welcome around forty candidates from all over France to its premises for prequalifications for the title of best welder in France.

Near Châteaubriant: the practical test in February

A forty candidates will be in Derval on Tuesday February 18 to participate in the prequalifications, before the ultimate finale of this national competition.

After the theoretical tests, they will be welcomed in the premises of theindustrial piping company Artis pour pass the physical tests in front of a jury according to their welding category (tig, mig-mag and MMA).

The final will take place in June 2025

Organized by the League of Weldersthis competition for the best welder in France will take place on June 20, 21 and 22, 2025, at the Vierzon exhibition center (Cher).

Three winners will be awarded the tungsten of the best welder in France in their category.

Tungsten is the hardest and heaviest metal of the world.
