In 2023, they launched the first edition of their “Seniors academy”, to guide so-called senior workers towards employment. This time, the Face business club (Foundation for action against exclusion) Mayenne accompanied beneficiaries of the Active Solidarity Income (RSA).

On October 21, 2024, the association started a two-month program, called Dynamique emploi. “It was the departmental council that asked us to set it up, with its financial assistance, explains Isabelle Stéphant, president of Face Mayenne. It made sense, since our association aims to help people who are far from employment. »

Ten places were planned: ultimately, eight people, guided by organizations such as Travail, who followed the entire system. On the menu for their two months: workshops (“on regaining self-confidence, the use of digital technology, interview simulations…”), coaching, company visits and sharing time with sponsors from local companies.

A 2e edition in 2025

An experience which concluded on Friday, December 20, with a review session in the premises of the Trèfle building, in . The opportunity to take a look around the table to see what this system has led to: return to part-time work, requests for immersion in certain companies… But also the feeling of having “large”, for Audrey.

“I started to regain confidence in myself, observes this beneficiary of the system. My project is still a little vague, but I now know in which areas I want to do immersions. » A 2e edition of Dynamique emploi is already planned by Face Mayenne, “probably in the first half of 2025”.
