In Le Mans (), the Epau shopping center is in the process of construction under the leadership of the national agency for territorial cohesion (ANCT).

Le Mans Métropole is launching a call for applications so that future commercial units find buyers. They must be delivered in the 2nd quarter of 2025 for opening the following semester.

Five commercialized premises

The future shopping center, located on the new Missak and Mélinée Manouchian esplanade, is made up of six cells commercial premises, one of which will house the neighboring pharmacy.

The other five are open to marketing for a specific type of activity:

  • an 80m tobacco press2
  • a 140m bakery and pastry shop2
  • a 220m supermarket2
  • a 70m hair salon2
  • a 180m brewery2

The call for applications which should allow the opening “in the best conditions for residents and future managers, with an operator in each cell”, is valid until January 30, 2025.
