The Christmas party enchanted the Sanitas district, for one afternoon, Saturday December 14, 2024. More than 500 people came to enjoy the magic of the end-of-year celebrations. Despite the absence of Father and Mother Christmas, who were ill, the children still received their presents. Named for member families and by age for the 50 non-registered children.
Volunteers from the Pluriel(le)s and Au'Tours de la Famille associations had wrapped 150 gifts with those from the Naya association. The latter collected the presents thanks to toy collections from the general public, organized by its partners: Terre du Son, Macif, Armatis, Citya and the Vallée Violette social center for the main ones.
In total, 200 carriage tours
In addition to the gifts, no less than 200 carriage rides were organized by La Croisée des chemins, as well as 750 balloons inflated and sculpted by Un Tours 2 smiles. Furthermore, the magic show Merry Christmas from Lili Chipie brought together 200 children and adults in two sessions. As for the photo booth, 300 photos were taken individually, with family or between friends. The young people of the Pluriel(l)es youth center and the youth cooperative of the Passerelles space are delighted with the sales of their creations. The self-employed were also satisfied.
“The feedback was positive, the families were happy with the whole celebration. We are also happy. In addition to the employees, we had around fifty volunteers setting up and dismantling the Christmas village, and that was encouraging”she adds.
