Once a month, discover plant-based cooking workshops and try tasty recipes in a friendly atmosphere! Accompanied by three passionate facilitators, including a dietitian, we will cook a complete meal together and experience a moment of creativity and sharing. All together we will cook 100% plant-based, tasty and healthy recipes. Each time, the menu consists of at least a starter, a main course and a dessert, even if it is often more! Each workshop will be enriched by a 15-minute presentation on one of the 8 pillars of health. Whether you are a novice or an expert, vegan or carnivore, you are welcome. The objective is simply to share a warm moment around healthy recipes. The workshop ends with a convivial meal, during which we will taste the delicacies prepared together. More than a cooking workshop, it’s a group of friends that is created throughout the year. Join us for an inspired and inspiring experience!
