This project is divided into five sectors, the first phase of development will concern the first three (east sector)

In zone one, the majority of which includes wet meadows, sandy and compacted traffic is planned,

For sector 3, concentrated around a small already existing pond, the objective is to make it accessible, the banks will be developed, including with lookouts

The cost of this first phase of development? €483,000, including project management fees.
The work schedule? the objective is delivery for the summer of 2025, with work starting in March, apart from the plantings which will be carried out in November
