At Interfor, it was graduation time for the class of 2024

On December 6, 2024, the Interfor training center organized its graduation ceremony for the class of 2024, at Unilasalle . This landmark event brings together nearly 700 guests, including graduates and their loved ones, institutional representatives, business mentors and Interfor employees.

An evening marked by success

The ceremony begins with a unique opening moment, hosted by Esther Richez and Magali Quillico, actresses and trainers in theatrical improvisation within the company La Boîte d'Impro. Their performance, dedicated to the opening of the graduation ceremony, adds a unique touch to this event.

After a word of welcome and thanks from the organizers, the graduates are honored during the graduation ceremony. The evening will also be an opportunity to celebrate the valedictorians and highlight the year's successes in all Interfor sectors. A moment of conviviality follows with a cocktail prepared by apprentices in the Hospitality-Restaurant sector, a DJ to liven up the evening, as well as photo booths to immortalize this celebration.

Varied training and a promising future for Interfor

Interfor is a training center which, each year, supports nearly 1,000 apprentices and trains nearly 3,000 trainees from different professional sectors. This year, the graduation ceremony is marked by the first class of Omnichannel Distribution Managers (BAC+3) and by the graduation of Medical Secretaries from the January and October 2024 sessions.

The organization continues to evolve and announces the opening of a new sales and marketing manager training course (BAC+5) in the Marketing-Sales sector, as well as the entry into training of the second promotion of Human Resources Managers (BAC+5).

A springboard for young people and businesses

Interfor has noted a marked interest in its training, particularly work-study training, an educational model very popular with young people and businesses alike. With high success rates and a professional integration rate, Interfor confirms its key role in increasing the skills of young people and supporting businesses in the region. Work-study training, a real springboard to employment, continues to prove its worth within partner companies.

A partnership between Interfor and Halo

Interfor SIA and LAHO announce the signing of a partnership agreement aimed at strengthening the professional training offer in the department and extending LAHO's impact on the territory.

LAHO, a brand of the CCI Hauts-de- Region, is the leader in lifelong training in Hauts-de-France. She is recognized for her commitment to the employability of individuals and the development of skills. With a presence in seventeen centers spread across the territories of Aisne, Artois, Grand Hainaut, Littoral Audomarois, Metropolis, and Oise, LAHO has established itself as a key player by offering training adapted to various audiences such as as employees, work-study students, job seekers, managers and students.

For its part, Interfor SIA, created in 1972 by the CCI de la Somme, operates mainly in the department. Interfor SIA trained 3,941 trainees in 2023 and distinguished itself in the implementation of continuing professional training, initial training, apprenticeship, skills assessment, and VAE systems. With recognized expertise and a solid presence in Amiens and , Interfor SIA represents an ideal partner for this ambitious project.

It should be noted that Laho trains nearly 40,000 people per year and has already supported more than 1,500 companies. These figures underline the scale and impact of this training network on a regional scale.

What commitments?

This strategic partnership aims to develop the training offer in the Picardy region, thus enriching the training opportunities available for local economic players. LAHO will bring its know-how, technical assistance and licensed training products to Interfor SIA, while Interfor SIA will use its expertise and development projects to strengthen the training offer in this territory.

The two organizations are committed to respecting several key indicators to ensure the success of this collaboration:

The partnership provides for the establishment of a coordination committee meeting several times a year to manage the “LAHO training map” in Hauts-de-France, coordinate communication projects as well as innovative projects, such as the development of new training adapted to the emerging needs of the sector.

The latest successful initiatives, carried out in partnership with LAHO: the Picardy gastronomy competition and the joint response to calls for tenders. The two partners will continue to explore new training opportunities, such as programs in personal service and home service.
