THE Domaines of Fontenille announce the entry into their capital of LVMH Group and the investment company Anaïs Venturesalongside historic shareholders. Founded by Frédéric Biousse and Guillaume Foucher, Les Domaines de Fontenille brings together 11 high-end hotels (in , Spain, Italy) with refined destinations anchored in the territories around the renovation of historical heritage. It is also the first French hotel group to obtain, in 2023, the status of Mission Company.

In , Les Domaines de Fontenille are present in Lauris, in the Luberon. In 2016, the group made an investment of 15 million euros to buy an old estate and a country house. On this 2,800 m2 set, the four star hotel offers 17 rooms and suites, as well as a gourmet restaurant.

Domaines de Fontenille will move to Aix-en-Provence in 2026

Thanks to this minority investment – which occurs one year after the entry into its capital of the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignation – Domaines de Fontenille plans to acquire and renovate new exceptional properties both in France and internationally, particularly in Italy and Spain.

Two new projects are already under development: a hotel in Perros-Guirec (), currently under renovation, which will welcome its first guests in spring 2025, and a five-star hotel which will open in the heart of Aix -en-Provence in 2026. Located at Place Verdun, it will be made with the intervention of the Sebban group.
