The strike promises to be very popular. While a social movement at SNCF is planned for Thursday December 12, 2024, the company recommends that travelers passing through Paris and Île-de-France favor teleworking.
The RER D line severely disrupted
According to the first traffic forecasts announced this Tuesday, December 10, the trends are as follows:
-- RER A, RER E, Line J, Line K, Line L, Line P, Line U, Tram T4, Tram T11, Tram T12, Tram T13: Service normal
- RER C, Line H, Line N, Line V: Service disrupted
- RER B : Severely disrupted service
- RER D, Line R: Very severely disrupted service
Line-by-line train timetables will be published tomorrow around 5 p.m.
As a reminder, the call for a strike aims at a moratorium on the dismantling of Fret SNCF. Unsa-Ferroviaire and CFDT-Cheminots announced last Friday that they were renouncing the mobilization after the signing of a social agreement for Fret SNCF employees transferred to subsidiaries in January. For their part, the CGT and Sud-Rail maintain their commitments.
