The Haute-Garonne prefecture has published recognition of the state of natural disaster for the municipalities of Oô, Saint-Félix-Lauragais and Plaisance-du-Touch, located in Haute-Garonne.By interministerial decrees published in the Official Journal on December 3, 2024, the state of natural disaster was recognized: For the phenomenon of flooding and mudslides on Oô occurring between 09/06/2024 and 09/07/2024 . But also for the phenomenon of differential land movements following drought and soil rehydration in Saint-Félix-Lauragais occurring between 04/01/2023 and 06/30/2023 and between 10/01/2023 and on 12/31/2023. And finally, for the phenomenon of differential land movements following drought and soil rehydration in Plaisance-du-Touch occurring between 01/10/2023 and 31/12/2023. Victims who have not declared their claim have 30 days from December 3, 2024 to present their file to their insurer.
