After some health problems, the former owner of the bakery The Gold of Flavorsin Chaumes-en-Retz (Loire-Atlantique) had to make the difficult decision to resell its business after two years of service. But the bakery didn't stay closed for very long.
Located at the entrance to the city and in the Butai area, the bakery immediately appealed to Philippe Odic, Marjorie Girard et Sébastien Rabu.
Marjorie, with more than ten years of experience, will work as sales manager and Sébastien, a baker for fifteen years, will work behind the stove accompanied by a pastry chef, Jérémy Martin.

The three partners decided to keep the former saleswoman, Virginie Clément as well as the former apprentice, Enzo Mehat.
But the name of the bakery changes to The Makers of Retz ! “The shapers of Retz is the fruit of the work and ambition of three passionate entrepreneurs,” explains Marjorie.
The partners have already worked together
The three partners, who have known each other for years and who have already worked together on a previous business as employees, decided to open the store before the holidays in order to allow residents to benefit as much as possible from their in-house know-how. “It is very important for us to make homemadetraditional.
