Frontignan: screening of the film “Before the flames go out” by Mehdi Fikri, about a sister's fight against the judicial institution after the death of her brother at the hands of the police in a working-class suburb of Strasbourg. The screening will be followed by a discussion about police violence and then a vegetarian canteen at free prices. The money collected will be used to fund the fund of the Coopérative Intégrale du Bassin de Thau (CIBT) for the “anti-repression” component (support for comrades on trial or in prison, purchase of equipment for future demonstrations and actions, etc.). Bédarieux: exhibition on the occasion of the 120th anniversary of the Union Locale CGT, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. in the Léo Ferré room. At 6 p.m. an official commemoration ceremony will take place with the Institute of Social History of the CGT and the secretary of the Departmental Union of Hérault, Serge Ragazzacci.
Hérault Bridge: day against justice and prison, in support of the justice solidarity fund in Cévennes. It will be at the old squatted Étuve factory, route de Ganges. At 2 p.m. there will be a presentation of the mutual aid collective facing justice in Cévennes. From 2:30 p.m. there will be an update on the sector's prisons followed by a discussion against the construction of a new prison in Nîmes. Then at 5 p.m. discussions in small groups will take over, around two themes: “confinement and how to prepare for prison” et « shares experiences and resources on digital security (phones, computers)”.
