“This slalom by Camille Rast was phenomenal. It’s sensational to see the way she skis and attacks. When she was already among the first after the first round, I said to myself: she is going to be formidable. Because she has something that cannot be taught: the killer instinct. She proved it in the second round. She didn’t tremble. She went all the way. My former skier’s heart began to palpitate strongly. For an athlete like her, who had to go through difficult times with her mononucleosis, her torn cruciate and internal ligaments, her depression, it’s really beautiful to see her shine.
