An animal shouting competition will spice up the Christmas market organized by the Chèvrerie des vignes du Mesnil-Saint-Firmin. Something to bring some joy to this end of the year! See you this Sunday, December 9.
This is a Christmas market that promises to be original! The Chévrerie des vignes du Mesnil-Saint-Firmin should indeed surprise visitors on December 8 with an atypical competition, dedicated to animal cries.
Glousser, caqueter
Everyone is invited to come and giggle, cackle, bleat, moo… and even appear in costume. A good dose of laughter in perspective and small rewards promised to participants.
“We like to laugh” says Armelle to talk about the animal screaming competition
“We like to laugh and we all put our hearts into making moments fun with the Christmas theme!” concedes Armelle Brouaye. She heads the operation with her husband Alain. Their son Emmanuel has been taking care of the goat farm for around twenty years.
Apart from the competition, the public will be able to taste – in moderation of course – wines (white and red), cheeses, pancakes, mulled wine, chocolate and other drinks. There will also be pizzas to take away or to eat on site.
Also on the program, a visit to the goat farm and cheese dairy, with tasting of homemade products and culinary demonstrations.
Gift ideas
Exhibitors will offer gift ideas for Christmas tables. These include ceramics and courses to learn pottery, log racks, railings, and gates.
As for Santa Claus, he impatiently waits to receive the letters written by the children who can put them in a special mailbox.
