A culinary workshop was organized as part of the week to combat malnutrition on November 28 to raise awareness among caregivers and sick people about a good balanced diet. Caroline Lauverjatdietician, led this meeting by offering a quiz to facilitate discussions and explain the purpose of this workshop.

She also presented the different protein products that exist and how to easily integrate them into everyday cooking (verrines, French toast or even cake). Then it’s time for the tasting: “ I didn't know, but it's not bad! To do again at home! », Indicates a participant.

A film debate was offered on Saturday November 30 in collaboration with the director of the cinema, around the screening of the film “ Shock roommates » followed by an exchange with the public.

“Colocs de shock” presents a different approach to the care of sick people by their caregivers: which can avoid tensions and allow the sick person to feel listened to and not defeated.

This film is also aimed at a young audience since it is the story of a teenager who is forced to live with her grandmother who suffers from Alzheimer's.
