the essential
In this Olympic year, the CAP association in Lisle-sur-Tarn has chosen to highlight sports volunteers.
In France, there are 11 million volunteers involved in associations and there are quite simply 3.5 million volunteers in sport (nearly 35% of volunteers in all sectors combined) for 360,000 sports associations. In Lisle-sur-Tarn, for more than 15 sports associations, whether in team sports or individual sports (from rugby to hiking to tennis, etc.), there are more than a hundred, most of them working on daily. There is no shortage of tasks, whether for the administrative side, the sports supervision of the teams, washing jerseys or even, for some, cooking in the clubhouse. These shadow workers thus allow young people (from 3 years old, etc.) and older people to express themselves through sport, a vehicle for so many values.
All agree on the educational and pedagogical virtues of sport. To transmit values of respect, tolerance and cooperation, bringing young people together on a sports field is often more powerful than holding a theoretical speech.
The CAP association in Lisle-sur-Tarn during the Christmas Village will shine a little light on the Lisloian sports volunteers on Monday December 16 at 8 p.m. under the large canvas which has also become the symbol of conviviality during this period when it is good to advocate positivism. This afternoon, for those over 60, you are invited to an original show with the presentation of the show “Young Marrieds” from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. in the seniors' room. Here is the synopsis of the show with Vincent Malroux: Trombone – Vocals and Soizo Morel: Banjo – Vocals. “You are officially invited to our offbeat wedding! A moment of singing, music, humorous and costumed skits shared with the public who in turn become guests, mayor of the village, uncle, grandmother of the bride. Monsieur is at trombone, Madame is on the banjo, and their two voices come together to compose a memorable family celebration!
