“The church is not a concert hall, we will be very soft, out of respect for the place,” promises Francine on the phone, head of Los Amigos Desperados, the biker fan club founded in 1992 by Johnny Hallyday and Jo Rodriguez, who was once his bodyguard.
Thursday December 5, 2024, to celebrate the 7th anniversary of the death of the French favorite rocker, a tribute will be paid to him at the Madeleine, in the 8th arrondissement of Paris, the same place where a national ceremony was held in his honor on December 9 2017.
The building is sacred for fans of the artist: it remains an easily accessible place of contemplation, Johnny Hallyday having insisted on being buried on the island of Saint-Barthélemy, in the Caribbean.
Music and mass
