Stéphane Nerisson came to Bleu Périgord in the early morning in 2019 to celebrate your birthday on the radio with a black forest for the occasion. On the night of Tuesday to Wednesday, he died at the age of 54 following cancer. This faithful listener made a habit of coming to visit us often even though he lived far from Périgueux, in Miallet. He also often came to meet us at outdoor events organized in the department.

Invested in community life

It is with great sadness that France Bleu Périgord learned of his death this Wednesday. When he came on the radio, it was always with a cake from the Boclet patisserie in Thiviers. The cake was an excuse to come down and see us. “It's my birthday, he said. I wanted to wish it with you “, the radio was his family at heart. When he was younger, he started working in a restaurant in before settling in Dordogne in 1995. Since then, he had cut his teeth in establishments in Terrasson, then Mareuil in Périgord, before settling down at Foch in Thiviers.

Present on exteriors

With her friends, Françoise de la Coquille and Ginette de Miallet, this small group of friends faithfully listened to the antenna for decades. Just a few days ago, he told us how much he loved radio, even though he knew his days were numbered. He chose a photo which was taken in the premises of France Bleu Périgord for his funeral.

He was very involved in the associative fabric of Thiviers, in particular as president of the festival committee, or with his association, La Main Verte in Miallet. Guest on France Bleu Périgord, in 2018, Stéphane Nérisson announced that he was working on a project to bring Mylène Farmer to the festival he was organizing.
