Here is the decoration shop to absolutely visit in Marseille

If you are a fan of decoration and you are passing through Marseille this summer, there is a decoration address not to be missed! Imagined by a famous decorator, it is full of nuggets.

Heading South! It is in the heart of Marseille, at the bottom of Panier, the oldest district, that this decorator well known to M6 viewers has set up shop to create a unique decoration boutique. Here, no classic saleswomen but interior designers, scenographers or decorators who advise customers and accompany them in their desires. More than a boutique, the place is a true ode to Marseille life where life is good. This is the address to put on your travel diary this summer.

No need to introduce the star decorator! Discovered in Maison à vendre alongside Stéphane Plaza, Sophie Ferjani then appeared on the shows Téva Déco, D&CO, redesign: sauvons les meubles and Mieux chez soi. An expert in space planning and decoration, she now lives in Marseille in an old country house from 1880 that has been completely renovated on the heights of L’Estaque in Marseille. It’s no surprise then that she chose this city to open her first decoration boutique (and her architecture firm at the same time). Located at 45 avenue de la République, the address called La sélection is none other than a family concept store where Sophie highlights products that resemble her and that she could have at home. You’ll find decoration, wellness products, furniture and hardware like the cleaning products from the Marseille soap factory Fer à Cheval. The selection evolves according to her inspirations, her finds and her desires. You can even have a coffee there! And the decorator assures us that here, you will be welcomed like her friends.

The shop itself is also worth a visit. The space is actually made up of two old shops connected by a passage and Sophie was keen to preserve their soul by, for example, keeping the facade of the hardware store and renovating the old bookstore identically. And for those who would like to extend the experience at home, or who will not be passing through the area, the shop is also available online.
