INFORMATIONS

Registrations are made:

1- by filling out the online form below (after the documents to be provided section).

or

2 – by filling this form to download and send it by email ([email protected] or [email protected]). Don’t forget to attach the requested documents (see section on documents to provide).

or

3- by appointment, at the Family Desk or at the town hall annex, from the 4th month of pregnancy.

Confirmation of registration

– Confirm within one month of the birth: send the original of the full copy of the birth certificate to the Family Desk or to the Town Hall annex. If confirmation is not made within one month, the request is considered cancelled.

Managing the project
A letter or email will be sent to families who will have to renew their request. Renewal of the application by the family is mandatory so that the file can be presented to the admissions committee.

Following this commission, a written response will be sent to you to inform you of the decision taken.

DOCUMENTS TO PROVIDE

When registering, parents must provide the following documents by email or post, or come by appointment:

  • proof of address (rent, EDF) less than 3 months old.
  • pregnancy certificate if the child is unborn
  • family record book if the child has been born or a birth certificate less than 3 months old
  • Parents’ ID only if you don’t have a family record book
  • of your CAF beneficiary number
  • Last 3 pay slips or other proof of resources

Reminder: for unborn children, the original of the full copy of the birth certificate must be submitted within one month of the birth for the request to be validated.
